On November 7, the Mir Concert Hall on Tsvetnoy Boulevard hosted a gala reception for the Bolshoy Sport magazine, a gala evening of champions “Friends of Big Sport” dedicated to the results of the year. The hosts of the evening were commentator and TV presenter Natalya Clark and European champion in artistic gymnastics Emin Garibov. The strongest active athletes were awarded special prizes from the editors of the magazine, the only monthly sports edition in Russia. Prizes were presented to the laureates by famous Russian athletes Svetlana Khorkina, Alexander Legkov, Aliya Mustafina, Irina Sumnikova, Stanislava Komarova, Alexei Yakimenko, Anna Chakvetadze, Tamerlan Tmenov, Anna Sidorova, Yuri Berezhko, Elena Radionova, Anna Pogorilaya and Nkeirouka Ezekh.

At the “Friends of Big Sports” gala evening, the Haval F7x car was donated to Igor Akinfeev's “Football Land” Foundation. Also, the Haval Motor Rus company awarded the two-time Olympic fencing champion Yana Yegoryan with a car for increasing the sports glory of Russia.
